Derek, a proud Northwest Arkansas native, was born in Fayetteville in 1987 and has deep roots in this vibrant region. A graduate of Rogers High School, he earned a degree in Financial Management and Investments from the University of Arkansas in 2010. Derek’s career in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry spans leading brands like Nickelodeon, HBO, PepsiCo, Pernod Ricard, and Health-Ade, where he manages major accounts such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and Dollar General. These roles have sharpened his strategic thinking, underscored the importance of personal relationships, and reinforced the power of data-driven decisions.

After six years in the fast-paced cities of New York and Nashville, Derek returned to Northwest Arkansas in 2018, drawn by its booming growth, top-tier schools, and close-knit family ties—his five siblings all call the region home. Derek lives in Bentonville with his wife, Amanda, and their three young children. 

As the owner and manager of a rental property portfolio of five homes across Northwest Arkansas, Derek brings hands-on expertise in property management and investment.
